Some warmups and hoping to get Spam involved to call out an exercise or two. His attention spam was lacking this morning, not unlike some other Pax I’ve seen (not at Diesel of course).
Circuit 1: Lower Body (3 Rounds)
1. Goblet Squats – 12 reps
2. Lunges – 10 reps each leg
3. Step-Ups – 10 reps each leg
4. Calf Raises (with the cinder block) – 15 reps

Circuit 2: Upper Body (3 Rounds)
1. Overhead Press – 12 reps
2. Bent-Over Rows – 12 reps each arm
3. Chest Press – 12 reps
4. Tricep Extensions – 12 reps

Circuit 3: Core and Full Body (3 Rounds)
1. American Hammers – 20 reps (10 each side)
2. Cinder Block Deadlifts – 15 reps
3. Plank with Cinder Block Drag (in plank position, drag the cinder block from side to side) – 10 drags each side
4. Cinder Block Swings (similar to kettlebell swings) – 15 reps
