What had happened was: The Pax started off with a dumbbell swings/thrusters couplet where the reps began at 10 then stepped down by 1 until reaching 0. This was followed by 4 rounds of 15 goblet squats, 12 push presses, and 10 snatches. Despite some groans we continued to the next stepping down sequence from 10 to 0 rep count of merkins, big bois, and air squats. This was followed by a 10 minute AMRAP of 12 lunges, 10 merkins, and 8 burpees. We closed out with an assortment of ab exercises selected by the attending Pax.
All did well. YHC took us out.
