2 – Bent over row – both close and wide variations – 25 lb dbs
3 – Tricep extensions – 45 lb dbs
4 – Cossack Squats – 20 lb plate
5 – Battle Rope
6 – Thrusters – 40 lb sandbag
7 – Deadlift – 60 lb sandbag
8 – Swings – 35 lb kb
9 – Squat to Lunge – 35 lb ruck
10 – Bunny hop sprawls – always a crowd pleaser
After 3 rounds of the above the crew finished off with pax rotating exercises of merkins, burpees, shoulder presses, etc
Great crew out there this morning. Super impressed seeing Riddler (age 13) getting after it. Always glad that Penalty Box not dropping the gloves on any of us out there.
