The timer took the 45 lb plate out in the fog via rifle carry and returned back while the remaining PAX completed curls and bent over rows. Tuna decided to have some fun with us and took the long way back and appeared from the side, just seconds before we planned to send a rescue team out for him. After all had gone and we’d added in some ab work, we rifle’d from soccer goal to goal on the field, stopping for squats and reverse lunges.
Unintentionally long route back and we made it back to COT somewhere within the 6:15 minute, if not right on the dot.
It was a good morning to be out with the boys and the bumper plates are of excellent weight and variety. (We won’t call out who chose 25 instead of 35 lb plates.)
