THE THANG:
We ran from one the front to the back of the school. Mike Tyson’s and merkins. Start at 6 and end at 20, increasing by 2 every time.
Headed over to the front of the HS.
Derkins and dips. 20 then 15 then 10.
That was too easy so we went to the stairs.
4 burpees at the bottom, 25 donkey kicks at the top. 3x total.
Got in some Mary, Irkins, jump squats and plank work along the way before making it back home
2.5-3 miles for all
Obviously none of these guys are waking up at 4:30 and risking pneumonia to half ass it splashing around in the rain. Worked hard. Fought through the Merkin fatigue a couple of times as well. If anything cool or interesting happened, I missed it due to flawless weinke execution. Actually I’m pretty sure nobody questioned instructions or even talked today other than to offer encouragement.
