[Ignition] High School Prom

What had happened was:

It felt like High School Prom as each of the couples ushered in for Ignition. We had the Singlet/Hooch couple jogging in from yander….we had Gerber / Rainman reunited as high school sweethearts…then we had YHC standing at COT with carnation in hand waiting for Deflated and stood up and learned he would not becoming to the dance this morning. So YHC would be flying solo.

Quick lap around the front of the school and up to the main driveway. Conduct a bit of dynamic warmup that YHC stole from Gerber’s facebook feed.

Next we start wtih Paula Abdul but Ignition style where it was up 3 and back 2, unless you were flying solo (YHC) then it was 2 and 1. With this it was crazy to watch as the 2 couples traded dance partners and Singlet and Gerber danced together and Rainman and Hooch were doing the 3:2 step together.

>From there head over to the hill by the Spirit Rock and Light. Turn up the school dance music and we would do 90 secs of up/down the hill around the island and then 30 secs of called exercsise. Various exercises called out along way.

>From there head over to the wood bench area and do 3 rounds of step ups in front of school and lap around the circle.

Next head to the stairs where we did single leg walk downs (try to hold before letting foot hit step) followed by some calf raises up.

Conclude with return to COT.

Everyone got the required 4 miles in and enjoyed the school dance.
