What had happened was:
Fast mosey to tiny Lawson. This is Ignition hill to Trading Path streets. Mike Tyson and merkins with some burpees. Rain Man said we were running too much so we ran back to Cutty and did some supines and wall shoulder taps.
Various other exercises were mixed in, just as fast as we could. No warm up and no anything else of note. 5 mi.
