Moseying on from there we did a nice little Paula Adul to include 10 merkins & 10 walking lunges (felt great after yesterday’s stairs). Once we hit “Transporters shed” we did a round of wall sits/air presses/alternating jabs. From there I thought it might be a good idea to go to the big parking lot to get a star workout in consisting of
20 Big Boy
10 dry docks
20 flutters
10 of something I can’t remember
And in the middle we starter with 1 Seal Burpee, progressing 1more after each corner
Next was dips and step ups
Then we moved to the stairway did a few donkey kicks and Mike Tyson’s before heading in the direction of COT. On the way we decided we should do speed skaters at each light till back to COT to finish it all off with a minute of big boys.
