WARM-UP: Head to the planter area near Publix for SSH x 14; Moroccan Night Club x 14; Nancy Kerrigan x 14; (something else that wasn’t in the wienke and has since been forgotten because the plan was just for 3 x 14 exercises).
THE THANG: Number fun!
– 22x frog crunches IC then run to the other end of Publix for 7x Chuck Norris merkins
– Repeato 3 times
Head into the neighborhood behind Publix to lunge walk 3 driveways, stop for 1 burpee, then run 4 driveways to start it all over again. Circled the neighborhood and then reversed it to circle back.
Back to the planters to grab some rocks and sit in a large circle for weighted Power-ups 22x IC. Now sideways plank walk around the circle, with occasional stops to bear crawl to the center for a merkin, then crawl bear back out before continuing the plank crawl. 22x Freddie Mercuries somewhere in there to break it up.

Am I going to have to wait for the backblast?” Thankfully, no, because we talked about the numbers — 3… 1… 4… 22… 7… — and then the date rang a bell: March 14, Pi Day! Yes, another dumb play on a date, holiday or mildly important historical event. (Just wait for the next one in mind!)
The plan was to bring more ab work after a week of heavy upper body, but that didn’t completely happen. Good effort all around and kudos to Crisco for posting the third day in a row, especially when he’d already been to a YHC Q. Fugitive was pushing it hard and he, Fuse and Punxsy contributed to some excellent pie conversation. Surprisingly, when we went into the neighborhood, Hi-Hat was actually on the quiet side! And as an additional alert and reminder, Commish lives in MIllbridge now — the long-time SOBer needs to get out more and even brought his son and Big Tuna for the fun.
The best comment of the morning, though, was a whisper to the Q early on: “I think
LESSON: A Das Boot wienke while hungover is probably even more difficult to understand.
