I Qed Mount X almost exactly a year ago to the day and on that day we did this cool workout that everyone raved about. That may be a lie, but it was good enough that I wanted to do it again. So we did.
5 exercises:
– Curls
– Tricep Extensions
– Bent Over Rows
– Squat Thrusters
– Jump Over Burpees
5 reps of each
5 modes of transportation (choose one):
– Sprint
– Rifle Carry
– Mosey
– Bear Crawl
– Murder Bunny
Repeato until you’ve done all 5 modes of transportation
Repeato the whole thing with 10 reps of each exercise
