What had happened was:

Today isn’t a holiday but the bums at Ignition, Flash, Ass Island, and The Lycan were all intent on sleeping in. A few of us decided to man up, put on our big boy pants (and a few more layers) and post at regular hours.

We took our time with warming up, including SSHs at several locations on the way to the stairs. We did 7s with Tysons, Donkey Kicks, and some bonus squats. We did partner work at the triangle. We headed back and made a quick pitstop at an alcove to do “The Twelve Days of Chastain is a Jackass”. A final mosey and we were home.
