– Calf Stretch
– Runner’s stretch.
Ruck On. Indian Ruck to the far soccer fields with a quick pit stop at Soaking Wet™️. 20 second hose down per pax wasn’t enough but noted for next time. Continue to soccer fields. Bear crawl entire field, tap all 4 corners.
Indian Ruck back to COT for some logs. Partner Up. Log on shoulders. On my call, rotate to opposite shoulder. Back to soccer fields. Drop logs.
Some bag work:
– Inbetween each exercise mosey from one side to the other
– 20 x 4-count Flutter Kicks, bag over head
– 20 x 8-count Man Makers
– 20 x Monkey F’ers
Repeato with partner on the log work. Good push by DW and Chastain to push the pace on the way back. Short of 3mi so decide to Indian Ruck around the building. 2mins left. Man Makers until time.
