-We finished the 100 burpees as a group.
-No sandbags were harmed during the hour.

Deep Thoughts toward the end of our ruck:
Like our rucking today, life is a journey.
Most of the time we are carrying heavy burdens along the way.
Sometimes we carry additional burdens for a time, drop those, and pick up new ones.
We may not always be going at the pace that we want or that we thought we could go, but we keep moving forward.
And most important of all: enjoy the journey.
