The Ruck-U pax each had a sandbag, ruck, and 2 kettlebells comprising 90%+ of body weight for most.
We moseyed to the way back soccer field with all weight, making a couple stops for exercises and to help struggling brothers.
At the back field, we crawled with sandbags & rucks, then dragged our partner, then carried them, and did exercises. Then we did a hot lap with ruck and sandbag around the opposite soccer field.
Finally, while keeping your ruck on, hustle remainder of weight back to COT, but you you can carry only one additional item at a time, and you must drop one item at each successive pole to run back for items left behind. Sounds easier than carrying everything right?
Well done to you all. You:
– pushed through the pain
– supported your brothers, and
– never quit.
Practice for the good life!
