What had happened was: Torpedo and I arrived right on time to discover five Pax standing around waiting for some leadership. Let’s Go! Fester arrives not a moment later as we start heading for the trail to Champion Forest. Pyro being a good siteQ does a walking DiCCS and announced that he’s now CPR certified. Through the woods we go and pop out on Dobson Drive; we begin walking the Dobson/Waynewood loop. Torpedo and I are out front setting the pace and leading the way. Posse joins us and we start discussing the Olympics. As we’re walking Torpedo spots and counts a herd of eight deer. Everyone seems to be doing okay keeping up and having good conversations.
