What had happened was:
I figured after a couple days of running I would slow it down and get a slower ruck in for recovery push it with the boys for 3+ miles at a sub 14 min/mile pace and empty the tank at the end.
Posse was on time, kept the pace, AND received both of his XL Locust 5k t shirts he purchased from Hatchet for $0 on the _flea-market channel.

Zinfandel made it out to ruckus today. Was it his first time? I don’t know. Will it be his last? I don’t know that either. But I do know this. He and his crew ( Chastain and Deadwood ) kept the pace AND the chatter. At times, their convo sounded very similar to the bickering I hear from my daughter and her middle school cheer team drama.

U-Haul took it easy after running 3+ miles yesterday at commitment pushed the pace, and got his 3+ miles in for the second day in a row.

Hatchet was preoccupied with trying to figure out how Real Hatchet stole his identity and knows all of the personal details of his day to day activity.
