In my mind I wanted two separate workouts. The first allowing the gazelles to roam free and the second bringing us back together and contained.
No warm up.
The thang.
Ruckless lap, ruck on for 15 irkins and 15 foot release squats at bottom and 15 curls and tri’s at the top. Snake your way down the bleachers then ruck off for a final lap.
Partner up to split 200 prisoner squats while a partner does the stairs.
OYO 10 high pulls and 10 presses with a 10 sec rest. Repeat until time. I think most got 4 rounds while a few got extra credit.
Done.

– I was stuck in the middle trying to not let them gain more on me while still trying to keep in front of two work horses behind me.
– Good push by black hat today who totaled over 3 miles including the prerun.
– U Haul still on his streak even with some knee fair ups. In Hachets new Alaska queers for gears voice he has adopted “U Haul’s a stud”. (Visit the harchet unfiltered channel if you don’t get he joke)
– I was worried about letting the gazelles roam free as it took a lot of pre workout instructions (of which I’m not great at giving and most pax are not great at receiving listening). A little bumpy start but we got it smoothed out.
– My heart rate hit 190 for the first time in a very long time. Historically anything over 180 and I’m spilling Merlot. Somehow that didn’t this morning. :man-shrugging:. Thank you Jesus.
– Prayers for kick stand. I was told don’t go looking at the pictures. They apparently would make Joe Theisman sick. :nauseated_face:
