What had happened was:

No stretching just jumped right into a warmup lap around the track.

Brief instructions

Snake through the stairs carrying your Kettlebell. Top of each stair do 15 OH Press and then 10 reps of an exercise of your choosing.

Once all done take a lap around the track.

Repeato but for each bleacher completion add a lap around the track. 1, 2, 3…

Moved to 15 Triceps and then 15 High Pulls as we progressed and everyone pushed hard.
