THE THANG:
Snake the big section of the student lot
10 squats then 10 speed skaters at each start and finish
Run the straights and pushing the pace.
Then partner leg swings
Rinse and repeat
Head to the bleacher for 6 rounds
10 single leg squats at the bottom
10 Big Boys at the top
Track work
Bunny Hop 50 yards
Run 50 yards
Lunge walk 50 yards
Run 50 yards
completed 1 lap
on the way out of the some gas pumps and flutter on the bleachers.
Quick partner carry down the path to the shed the circled back to hit the hill by the tennis court.
7 rounds of backwards run up, run down, 5 big boys
Back to COT area for the final Webb
1 squat to 4 step ups. Went to 5 then back down.
