What had happened was:

Wanted a work out that reminds me of the good old days of swarm and ignition. Where we ran off campus, ran the trails of champion forest, cut through to Lawson, and did lots of exercises in between. That’s exactly what we did today. Had some good chatter about lap pools in champion forest, Wendy’s chicken nuggets and junior bacon, cheeseburgers, and making sure Bottlecap got home safely at 6 AM. Great crowd, great weather, great morning.
