[Swarm] The Swarm - Low Numbers, High Temps

Numbers were light with both Site Q’s and multiple other pax being out of town. I almost thought I’d just be running around for 15 minutes and then just fold it in with #impromptu. But then Gerber and Rain Man pulled up and, right before launch, Glidah rolled in on two wheels..
So, the four of us headed out. Just the right numbers for partner work. 🙃

We did some mosey, warm up, triple nickel (with donkey kicks and perfect merkin), partner work (with bench-a-flip), Carolina Jackass, shoulder burner, wall work, some backwards running with Tennessee Rocking Chairs, and finally some Jack Web to round things out. And still ended up with over 3 miles.
