What had happened was:
5 miles among the towering trees and stately manses of Lawson. Lots of nice cul de sacs explored with 7s of Hurleys/Dry Docks, 5/5s Tysons and air squats, and some core
work (big bois, MCs and pistol LBCs). At some point Gerber trespassed onto a random lawn for a Ring cam cameo (ahem Recalc) Blade paid Lawson a nice compliment on the exceptionally smooth pavement. Did some bear crawls with burpees/bomb jacks and some SSH at the millhouse. Plank jacks at the library before hustling to COT just in time.
Greek Geek joined us from Dallas/FW- visiting in-laws in Waxhaw. Former Greek seminary professor. Kind of a smart dude.
