3️⃣ Karaoke
4️⃣ Lunge Walk
5️⃣ Side Shuffle
6️⃣ Backpedal
Get to the real football pitches and line up on the endline. Finish with:
– 20 x SSH
– 15 x Squats
– Jimmy Dugan
– 10 x Merkins
– Calf Stretch
– Downward/Upward Dog
Time to Partner Up, preferably someone you have NEVER partnered with. Partner 1 runs to the midline forward and then backwards.
Partner 2 exercises: Squats, LBCs, Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks. 2 rounds.
Now time to line up on the Endline but as individuals this time.
– Sprint Endline → Midfield
– Bear Crawl 10 yards
– Sprint Midfield → Endline
– 20 x Big Boys
– Jog recovery
– Repeato 5 times
Move to football field Kettlebell Tabata Circuit. Stations:
1️⃣ KB Swings
2️⃣ Goblet Squats
3️⃣ KB Clean + Press
4️⃣ KB Walking Lunges
5️⃣ KB High Pulls
6️⃣ KB Russian Twists
The Finisher: Rifle Carry
If anyone puts the LB down, then perform:
• Round 1 → 10 Burpees
• Round 2 → 20 Squats
• Round 3 → 30 SSH
• Round 4 → 10 Merkins
