Start at center with (3) navy burpees, the run to each side of the plus sign and complete 20 reps of an exercise.
Repeat again this time with (2) navy burpees, then run to each side and do 15 reps of an exercise.
Repeat again with one navy burpee and 10 reps of an exercise.
Completed Mary of 10 reps of ab exercise and then headed back to COT.
Once PAX arrived at COT, complete wall exercise.
