Flutters, Triceps Extension, Lawnmower Rows, Flys – 25 each

Back to the top and increased reps 5 each for each set. Forgot if we did plank jacks along the way so did 40 straight at one point which the Pax didn’t like, nor did the Q.
Wrapped up with 5 minutes of ab circle – Freddie Mercurys, 30 second Elbow Plank, Gas Pumps, Rosalitas, LBC
