Warmed up with SSHs, IWs, Jimmy Ds and other stretches then straight into 20x, 15x, 10x, and 5x reps of four exercises hitting arm, legs, core and more arms with the coupon followed by rifle and/or farmer carries between sets. We started each group together but it was OYO for the next three sets, which was best since Shriver couldn’t be held back. Learning from my past mistake I had five sets of four lined up plus extras and we got through 2.5 so i’ll be ready for the next 0.0 Q.
