THE THANG:
-“Farmer Boy”!
-Do a bunch of reps of an exercise and then farmer carry two cinder blocks to the far curb and back.
-Repeato a ridiculous number of times.
-Exercises in between included squat thrusters, curls, goblet squats, chest press, tricep extension, shoulder press, kettlebell swings, and more.
-Also threw in a full Ab web (big boys ad American hammers).
-Good times were had by all (or at least everyone survived). =)
