Mosey down to field, get some stretching in at 50 before we start our station workout. 6 stations- 4 corners of the field plus 50 yd markers on the sidelines. This is similar to boot camp workout I do while on vacation hence the title of the workout.
Run around perimeter of field, stopping at all 6 stations for alternating exercises. Back to middle for 5 burpees then next set of exercises. We do 4 full laps. Merkins/squats/big boys, Tyson’s/lunges/flutters, dry docks/speedskaters/amerhammers, t merkins/bombjacks/healstoheaven.
Half way point head back to parking lot for gear in second half.
Get a partner, one guy does reps with cinder block or kettle bell, other guy has sand bag and runs across parking lot to second island comes back and switches with partner.. We do reps of kb swings, rows, triceps, chest press, curls, thrusters, argos. Keep repeating till times up.
