10 Pax showed they are man enough to take on the Titan.
Started off with everyone grabbing their bells and moseying to the entrance to God’s house.
There we stretched, moaned and took a trot around the loop.
Back at the entrance we divided into groups with the goal of lunge walking the bells around the loop. One member of the team would do an overhead lunge walk with the bell while the others ran the loop.
After one lap an audible was called. After the second round the plan was scratched.
Not defeated, but still a little moany we grabbed our bells and headed to the turf.
1st round 10 over the bell hops, then run to the 10 yard line for 5 big boys. We progressed in 10 yard increments up the field to the opposite goal line for a total of 100 bell hops and 50 big boys.
2nd round repeat pattern with goblet squats.
3rd round repeat pattern with presses
Do a Native American walk back to COT with our bells.
Finish with Merkins.
