THE THANG: ran around school to front lot
Did corners of lot 5,10,15,20
Big boys, speed skaters, squats and LBCs
On sidewalk did 30 heals to heaven and 30 LBCs and 15 pistol LBCs on each leg
Back to the track – Bear crawl from stairs to corner. Mosey down the side, lunge across the back, mosey back on other side, Lunge across the front – repeat 3X. Did air presses and donkey kicks in between.
Back to COT – LBCs and Heels to heaven
