Probably one of if not the lowest mileage Q’s I’ve ever done which meant lots and lots of exercises and reps like a true boot camp.
I always appreciate the pax showing up in the worst conditions not only to support me, but more importantly to show the fartsackers @flanders and everyone else these boys are committed and not soft especially in a wet 60 degrees.
Shoutout to @Radar and @landfill for pushing hard and keeping right up with the front of the pack. Zero whining and hopefully some sore muscles later today knowing that we did something difficult.
