The Q was prepared to Burpee with the best of them, but the banana boat had different plans. With the infirmities of being a new respect a plan without a plan was pursued. There would be running. There would be exercises. There would be no exercise that contained a merkin as a sub component. That part of the plan was a success.
A varied hodge lodge of exercises for the warmup were geared towards shoulder preparedness, in addition to SSH and mountain climbers, following an obligatory mosey around the full lot perimeter. The weinke-less weinke then took form with a full ab web up to 12 big bois and 48 LBCs (51 if you count the reps honoring NC States recent performance. Interspersed were laps around the back lot, Lt Dan’s, Bernie Sanders, Super Mans, and calf stretches once the Q had a tragic respect incident that he is still limping from. Yes, indeed, on the day of his first earned respect the Q had an old man injury. Likely plantar fasciitis, but who knows. Fate dealt a cruel hand.
The Q closed in prayer and was thankful for the mumblechatter, which is not allowed anywhere other than in person or on the dark web based in the content.
