I hadn’t been to the Body Shop in a while and Das Boot was gracious enough to Q at asylum a few months ago, so the least I could do is to sign up for a Q.
We did a variety of warmup exercises including SSH, Moroccan Nightclubs, Calf Stretch, Runner’s Stretch, etc.
Then at the school wall we did: 5 Irkens followed by 5 Derkins (big time sucked)

1. Bench Press (15)

3. Overhead Press (10)
4. Lunges (20)
5. Lawn Mowers (10/side)
6. Burpees (5)
7. Calf Raises (20)
8. Skull Crusher (15)
9. Heels to Heaven (20, no weight)
10. Merkins (10)
11. Side Raises (50, no weight)
We go to exercise #6 on the board before time was called.
I also had 2 small strips of covering up #3 and #6 on my board, to be revealed at the appropriate times.
We alternated between sets by carrying our weight around the parking lot islands doing either farmer’s carry or rifle carry.
