The morning opened with a mosey that immediately drew groans and side-eye from the PAX — the chorus of disdain loud and clear before the first SSH even hit 10 in what I think was supposed to be cadence.
Station 1: 8 rounds/25 reps of bodyweight torture paired with quarter-mile runs. Tysons, squats, lunges, shoulder taps, big boys, dry docks, V-Ups, and mountain climbers had the PAX feeling kinda squirrelly.
Station 2: 14 lines, burpees, bear crawls, sprints, and broken dreams. By line 10, the PAX knew their Q had lost his marbles and no amount of pixie dust could save us from this pain.
