I almost gave my Q to Deadwood but after discovering he had just eaten a bowl of chili at 5am I figured that would be a poor choice for everyone.
We started off with a mosey to the front of the middle school with some in cadence warmup stuff. Afterwards we headed down the hill towards the shed where I had intended to spend the majority of the workout. Instead, we discovered they were warming up the school buses…you know, since it was so cold out…
Instead of spending the morning inhaling diesel fumes we headed to the stairs for some Sevens with Mike Tysons, Donkey Kicks, and some bonus Squats.
Next we headed to the traffic circles for some threesomes…P1 does alternating Merkins and Squats at the lower circle. P2 does Supines and Big Bois at the swinging gate. P3 runs between the two. Take turns until everyone has done 3 full rounds.
Another mosey to the benches at Geeb Jungle for some Step-ups and Dips and then a final mosey back to COT.
Not the most inventive Q but after the buses ruined my initial plan I settled on the basics.
Two ruckers and a 2xT roamed the campus as well
