What had happened was: PAX started by some mosey and then the Motivator, finishing with some stretching

Started the one minute clock for mosey, followed by one minute of a called out exercise. 15 second rest and mosey for one minute. This pattern continued until 6:15. Crazy but around 6:10 Das Boot showed up and we laughed.

Mosey back to COT and Punxy spots a Marvin football dad running and he decides to bring him into the fold and rest is history, welcome Wuhan.
