Head to cul de sac around corner

Head back towards COT while pausing for some squats along the way

For some jump squats along burpee fun while getting Deputy Dog aka Form Police was issuing tickets like it was his damn job .. Zinfandel even took his time to demonstrated my flaws right in front of me. HOW RUDE!! Not only was the infamous one doing justice in a way Recalc- Keith Balaniz would be so proud, I believe he deputized Mouth all Mighty aka Schneider/Tom Evans in the middle of the workout. I cannot confirm this is true, but I can confirm my little chicken ears heard Schneider/Tom Evans running his gums about my form during the jump squats —-
Nothing like attacking the one drives you to and from the Damn workouts Mrs Daisy , A-Hole!!
