The Thang: Part One- Pushing the Envelope. Partners, one performs hand release merkins, while the other rifle carries the coupon or kettle bell to the road cone marked at parking space intervals. The pax then moves the cone out to the next parking spot and returns to thier partner to rise and repeat. Each trip the carry gets longer and the more merkins the pax get in. Somehow Two Hand Touch and Mayhem seemed to move thier cones out faster than anyone else.🤔
Part two! The Fantasic Four. Four rounds of four exercises each for one minute, non stop, with a 30 sec recovery between each set. Each round consisted of side straddle hops, dumbell squats, mountin climbers and inch worms.
Done! Dunkin always providing great insight and form. Two Hand Touch, Shriver and Shop Dawg , really putting in the effort, awesome job. Black Hat , looking leaner and somewhat meaner. Made sure Penalty Box knew how long between intervals and for how long each pase had left #goals. Mayhem killing it and learning to love inch worms. GREAT job by all!!!
