Started with some stretches in front of Petsmart then headed to Wesley Oaks.
Started with a Jacob’s ladder style workout at the hill at the gate with 1 merkin at the bottom of the hill and 1 burpee at the top of the hill. Add a rep each time until 7 merkins and 7 burpees.
Then headed towards the clubhouse while doing 10 flutters and 10 squats alternating at each street light. (Switched to 10 big boys and 5 bomb jacks halfway)
7+1 rounds of Tyson/shoulder taps at the clubhouse.
Headed back to CoT while doing 10 monkey humpers and 10 big boys.
Made it back to CoT exactly on time and not a minute over.
~2.5 miles covered and coffee at the one and only HT.
