What had happened was: My idea for the workout flew out the window when I realized that my coupons had not been loaded, and my truck was blocked in. So we did what popped up along the way. First order of business was to run up to the fire station for a little warm up. On the way back down we stopped for some rock work. Afterwards we moseyed to join the MASH group for the final 15 minutes. Was a good workout even though a bit discombobulated.
