5 rounds of 20 reps each w/ bear crawl in between each round:
– Swings
– 1 arm rows
3 rounds of 20 reps each w/ rifle carry between each round:
– 1 arm curls
– Tri extension
Marry w/ block:
– Clean and press
– Single leg RDL
Based on the constant complaining I think this was a good one….
