What had happened was: Q took us through an intense a warm-up that included some “to your left if you want to” and “to your right if you want to”.

Then we moved on to some true 0.0 workout where Lambeau had to keep offering Blanks some 10 or 15lbs dumbbells…trying to limit the grunting.

Solid workout…our shoulders are sore but it’s a great start to the weekend!
