MARY: Lots of chitter-chatter today (the Q being the most guilty party). Penalty Box warned early he would not be able to read the board due to the size of the writing. His comment proved to be prophetic, because the Q couldn’t read it either. Curls ended up being a bear as the first exercise, and the core work stacked up very quickly. First time with this workout, and the Q had to pay back with extra squats after missing them on one round. Everyone did amazing. Nice work guys.
