The thang was grabbing a sandbag and carrying it to the first line which was a lane in the lot about 5-10 yards, 5 squats, run back to start, 5 merkins, run back to sandbag, pick it up, bring it to the next line, complete 5 squats, drop the bag, run back to start, 5 more merkins and then run back to bag move it to next line so on and so forth until reaching other side of lot which is freaking FAR. Then we had to carry bags back to original line.
Then we lined up and took turns pushing sled across lot while all other pax completed exercises at each line, shifting one position over each time so that we could rotate….some of the exercises were speed skaters and monkey humpers. Once we got to end we turned around and did the same thing on way back, definitely a crowd pleaser. When we were done with that we did a 4 corner routine with wide arm merkins, catfish flutters, squats and monkey humpers
