warmup mosey, some warmup exercises

Mosey to bend, Paul Abdul around the globe: 5 Merkins, 5 Big Bois, with running backwards to the back-posts.

Mosey along street to MS, sideways, knee-deep.

Short stop at the A/C building: 20 airpresses and 20 jabs in cadence (after 20 donkeykicks oyo).

Mosey in front of MS. 7‘s down the hill with Mike Tysons and Bobby Hurleys.

Mosey to little path, 10 walking lunges per leg.

Mosey to rock pile, partner up opposite speeds. One is running as the timer, doing 1x Burpee on the other side of the field. The other one is doing curls, triceps, overhead presses (mix them all up). 2 rounds total.

Mosey to HS entrance: 20 airpresses and 20 jabs in cadence (after 20 donkeykicks oyo).

Mosey to Hump on parking lot (Hump Day & Dromedary)… 41 Monkey Humpers instead of 41 Burpees for my birthday… lucky pax (including myself! :joy:)!
