THE THANG: Teams of twoish doing sets of 200 merkins, 200 dips, 200 step ups, and 300 jump rope reps. While one team member burned through the reps the other was doing a short run to a nearby wall and back, rotate, rinse, and repeat until done.
We followed that with a circle of punishment where we all picked creative ways to torture each other with ab work outs. Sitting in a circle we went counter clockwise, each PAX called out a ab workout, 20 reps 7 sets total
Two laps around the track with 4 total burpees (apologies to Bottlecap for the low rep count) with another 75 jump rope reps.
We finished off with another call out circle with each PAX playing bartenders choice with choice of exercise and number of reps
