We started with a little mosey.
Warmup Stretchy stretchy then off to the light poles.
– Proceed with Paula Abdul’s
– 4 burpees (44 by the end) and 10 Big boys/flutters
– Mosey to rock pile for some arm work
– 25 curls run to first light and back
– 25 overhead triceps run to first light and back
– 25 bent-over rows run to first light and back
– 25 shoulder presses run to first light and back
– Mosey towards shed to do air jabs and air presses.
– Couple stops along the way to add in more burpees (only 7 total)
– Lastly head back to COT and on the way stop at each light for 10 merkins
