THE THANG:
Went to Champion Forest and mosey to every other light and 2nd gear speed in between the moseys. Did 50 big boys at the stop sign, then to the cul-de-sac. Repeated on the way back to CHS.
Mosey to CMS and did 12 X 6 (12 burpees per minute for 6 minutes). I was planning on a 12 X 12, but the team was saved by Drive-By, reminding me that we are short 1 mile to hit minimum.
Mosey past the HS clubhouse and back to grab some wall at the club house to do shoulder taps, donkey kicks and more big boys.
Lastly we mosey back to COT for a job well done.
