What had happened was:

Mad Dog was confused, Smithers was double booked, so Chicken Little sent up the SOS to his most gullible dependable pax to sort out the mess. Bottlecap, Gerber, and Chastain decided to share the fun and also not do any planning other than the order.

Bottlecap: Let’s mosey. Over to the traffic circles for some “warmups” that included Mike Tysons on the worst pavement in Union County. Following that some partner work including supines on the large yellow gates and curls from the rock pile. Another quick mosey to the benches at Geeb Jungle for some Flutter Claps and Derkins before handing it off to…

Gerber: The briefest of moseys to the stadium entrance before alternating: Mike Tysons and Big Bois at light poles on the left that aren’t inside the stadium fence except for the last one which we’ll do the light pole on the right for some reason. Across the road into Champion Forest where this time we did alternating Squats, no wait, that’s a Flash thing, let’s do Bobby Hurleys (both hands slap the ground), and then Heels to Heaven at every other light pole on either side until we get to the four way stop, no wait, we’re going to turn left and go past the club house all the way to Cutherbertson road. No wait, a little further back to the club house where Gerber stole 4 seconds from…

Chastain: “reclaiming my time” oh noes we need almost 2 miles in 20 minutes? No worries, Indian Run with 2 merkins in the back…ALL THE WAY BACK UP Waynewood, through the light, continue past the driver’s ed lot and over to Geeb’s Jungle. Chastain called a brief audible while Gerber hit the head as he didn’t want Gerber to miss his “signature move”. So while we waited we did Irkins and Step-ups on the benches. NOW Gerber is back so we head to the covered stairs. Apparently my signature move is Bomb Jacks. I didn’t want to disappoint, so we did 1 Bomb Jack then up and down the stairs. 2 Bomb Jacks, up/down. 3, 4, and 5. A final push back up the Yellow Brick Road to COT and El Fin!
