THE THANG:
New location so I thought I’d run us around it a bit. We lined up along a parking space line and did some 6 count burpees in cadence. We started at 10 then bear crawled 2 lines. We followed up with 8 and a crawl, then 6, 4, and 2.
Continuing on behind Publix we explored a tiny neighborhood with just a single quarter mile loop with a handful of light poles. Perfect for some Paul Abduls with Merkins and Squats (10 each).
Back to the Publix for YHC’s favorite “Chastain is a Jackass”. 10 Donkey Kicks followed by a 10 second feet-on-the-wall hold. Repeato with 9 DKs and a 9 second hold. Alllll the way down to 1.
On the way back to the front we found some benches which One Star was excited about so we did 20 step ups together before finishing with some Aggressive Corners. 5 Burpees, 10 Mile Tysons, 15 Speed Skaters, and 20 Big Bois
A final mosey back to COT and we’re done.
